comes with Gadget Cover so that you can insure your favourite devices against
theft, accidental damage and electrical or mechanical breakdown.
How to make sure your gadgets
are covered
To take advantage of this cover you will need to register your gadget
details with Lifestyle Services Group Limited - they will be looking after this
benefit for you on our behalf.
You can register your gadgets 24 hours a day
online or by calling
0800 994 422* from
8.00am – 8.00pm, Monday – Friday, and 9.00am – 6.00pm, Saturday – Sunday.
You will need to have the following information to hand when registering:

Your name and address

Your email address
-
Your qualifying account number and sort code
-
The gadget type, make and model
-
The gadget's serial number
Important information
about your Gadget Cover
-
You can register gadgets up to a combined retail value of £750.
-
Each gadget must
have a minimum original retail value of £50 and must be no more than 2 years
old (from original purchase date of the device when new) at the point of
registration and no more than 5 years old at any point during the period of
insurance

Cover will commence 7 days after you register your gadget details. You will not
be able to claim for incidents which occur within the 7 day
period after you register. This registration period will be waived by us
if you are registering for Gadget Cover within 21 days of opening your

account or your gadget has been purchased or acquired as brand new within the
21 days prior to your registration request. All other claims will be subject to
the 7 day registration period

We’ll cover accessories up to a combined retail price of £50 per claim.

Items that can be registered as part of our Gadget Insurance include games
consoles, digital cameras, camcorders, portable DVD players, laptops, tablets,
netbooks and MP3/MP4 players. If you’re unsure as to whether your item can be
insured, please give us a call

The cover applies worldwide and we will arrange the repair or replacement of
your gadget when you return to the UK

You can make a maximum of two successful claims in any 12 month period per
account holder

Successful claims will be subject to a policy excess. The amount of the excess
will vary depending on the gadget you claim for. The excess is £50 if you are
claiming for a laptop or tablet, the excess is £25 for all other gadget(s).

All claims must be registered with Lifestyle Services Group within 48 hours of
discovering the incident

For theft and malicious damage claims, you must report the incident to the
Police within 24 hours of discovering the incident and obtain a crime reference
number
