Who is Lifestyle Services Group Limited?

Lifestyle Services Group Limited administers Mobile Phone Insurance for Barclays Premier Life, Additions Active, Current Account Plus, First Additions, Additions, Additions Plus and Graduate Additions account holders; also Gadget Cover for Barclays Premier Life and First Additions account holders.

How long will my claim take to assess?

Lifestyle Services Group Limited will assess your claim once we have received your completed claim form and other supporting documents. Claims will usually be assessed in 2/3 working days. Settlement of successful claims will vary depending on the nature of the claim and how we are able to settle it.

How do I get my replacement phone?

A replacement handset will be sent to your preferred delivery address.

Can you send my phone to a work address?

When you complete your claim form, you will find an alternative delivery address section where you can enter a preferred delivery address. 

Will the replacement phone I receive be identical?

If your required handset is not available, or has been discontinued, a replacement handset of similar specification and quality will be sent to you. If a suitable replacement should not be available, a cash settlement may be offered to you.

How long will a repair take?

It is not possible to give a specific time for any particular repair, as the length of time taken depends on the type of repair required. For individual repair enquiries, please call the number below and select the mobile phone insurance option:
