About Save My Numbers™

Save My Numbers™ is a service that allows you to back-up all this information securely
online. Then if you change your mobile, or it’s lost, stolen or damaged, you’ll
be able to upload all of your saved numbers and details directly onto a new handset.
And it’s not just phone numbers and contact details that can be backed-up. You can
also save reminders, calendar notes and to-do lists.
How do I get started?
If you already have an active Mobile Phone Insurance policy, please log-in to the Member's Area to start
using Save My Numbers™.

How does it work?
For most handsets, Save My Numbers™ works using technology which transfers information
between a mobile phone and the Internet without the need for cables or wires. If
this applies to your handset you’ll be able to update and retrieve your Save My
Numbers information wherever your mobile has a signal.
This service is subject to handset compatibility.
Save My Numbers™ is provided to you as part of your Lloyds TSB Added Value Account
package. The only cost you may incur is your airtime-provider’s charges for transferring
data between your phone and the Save My Numbers™ website.
