That’s why we’ve created Numbers Vault™, a web-based service which can backup and restore the essential information saved on your mobile phone, subject to compatibility. Just in case the unfortunate does happen.

Numbers Vault™ is an inclusive benefit of your Advantage Blue account. The only additional costs you may incur are your network’s GPRS charges for transferring information between your mobile phone and the Numbers Vault™ web server.

  1. If you want to change or upgrade your handset, or it is lost, stolen or damaged, you can simply transfer your saved Numbers Vault™ information onto your new mobile phone.
  2. As the service uses ‘SyncML’ technology, you’ll be able to backup and restore information wherever your mobile phone has a signal.
  3. If you use two mobiles on a regular basis, through Numbers Vault™ you can synchronise them so that all of the essential information will be available on both.

  1. 1.Unique Numbers Vault™ settings will be sent to your mobile phone.
  2. 2.When the settings have been installed and you’ve completed the setup process, you’ll be able to synchronise information saved on your mobile with your secure online Numbers Vault™ area.
  3. 3.Your Numbers Vault™ information can also be managed via the website at www.natwest.com/adblue. Your mobile will then pick up any changes the next time you synchronise.
  4. Any information you want Numbers Vault™ to backup will need to be saved on your mobile phone’s internal memory, not on the SIM card or a separate memory card.
