How do I register for Numbers Vault™?

You can register online or by calling Membership Services on 0845 301 1317*.

You will need to have your mobile phone details and your Advantage Blue account number and sort code to hand.

Once your details have been registered and you’ve completed the mobile setup process, you’ll be able to start backing up your numbers, calendar reminders, task lists and notes.

How do I update my Numbers Vault™ information?

This will depend on the make and model of your handset. If it can support SyncML and GPRS technology, you will be able to use the synchronise function to backup and restore your information wherever your mobile phone has a signal. We recommend that you do this on a regular basis.

Will Numbers Vault™ cost me anything?

As Numbers Vault™ is an inclusive benefit of your Advantage Blue account, it doesn’t cost you anything to register. The only costs you may incur are your airtime provider’s GPRS charges for transferring information between your mobile phone and the Numbers Vault™ web server.

What do I do if I change my handset?

You can update your handset details in the Numbers Vault™ Member’s Area . Once you’ve completed the phone setup process you’ll be able to synchronise all of your stored Numbers Vault™ information with your new handset. Saving you the time of having to enter it all in manually.

Who are Lifestyle Services Group?

Lifestyle Services Group Limited (LSG) are the people we work with to provide your Numbers Vault™ service. LSG are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), their Registered Number is 315245. You can check this on the FSA’s register by visiting their website at www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by calling them on 08456 06 12 34*.
