As a benefit of being a Barclays Graduate Additions account holder, you can
choose to register for mobile phone insurance with Lifestyle Services Group
Limited. Your phone and SIM card will be covered worldwide against:

Loss

Theft

Accidental damage

Water and liquid damage

Electrical breakdown

Mechanical breakdown
-
Malicious damage
-
Unauthorised calls up to £2,000 per claim (maximum of £100 for pay as you go
contracts)

Accessories up to the value of £250 per claim
-
Cover wherever you are in the world (repair or replacement will be arranged
upon your return to the UK)

Cover will begin 21 days after registration

To register your mobile phone
To take advantage of this mobile phone insurance, you need to contact Lifestyle
Services Group Limited and register your details.

You need to provide Lifestyle Services Group Limited with:

Your name and address
-
Your Graduate Additions account number
-
The make and model of your phone
-
Your mobile phone number
-
Your phone’s IMEI number (this can be found by keying in *#06# on the keypad of
your phone)
Once registered, you will be sent a Certificate of Insurance. Cover will
commence 21 days from the date of registration and will remain in force,
subject to the policy terms and conditions, for as long as you have a Barclays
Graduate Additions account and whilst the account continues to offer this
insurance.

If your phone is lost or stolen, please follow these simple steps:

Call your airtime-provider to bar your SIM card. Doing this will prevent any
further unauthorised calls being made. You can find your airtime-provider’s
number below.

Inform the Police and ask for an incident number.

You must contact your airtime-provider and the Police within 24 hours of you
discovering the loss or theft.

Complete and return the claim form within 21 days.
