We provide on-going development to our agents though the "Routemap" programme which has been designed to assist our colleagues with their current role and to provide opportunities to move into management or other back office support functions. We have recently launched the "LSG Apprenticeship" which combines NVQs in Customer Service at levels 2 and 3, plus a "Financial Services" module accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute.
