Testimonies

Fraud Investigations team of the year

"A major aspect of mobile phone insurance fraud is the false claiming against handsets that have been reported as lost or stolen. Lifestyle Services Group have been the pathfinders in developing a highly effective process to detect and subsequently prosecute offenders. In addition they have shared this knowledge so that the templates, processes and procedures have allowed other members of the Forum to benefit from their expertise in this specialist area.

In addition to this activity they have also been active in the area of copyright issues relating to cheap importation of mobile devices and their investigative expertise has again been used to the benefit of the wider telecommunications community."

Jack Wraith, Chief Executive of The Telecommunications Fraud Forum
