Tim Whiting

Chief Executive Officer

Tim has worked in the Telecoms industry for ten years having joined the Group as Chief Executive in 2001 before moving to his current role in May 2011. He recently led the sale of Phones 4u to private equity firm BC Partners. Previously, Tim worked for RHM where he was Group Managing Director of their Partnership Division.

Darren Billings

Chief Operating Officer

Darren joined us to lead the Operational function of Lifestyle Services Group including the IT and Client teams. Now responsible for the day to day running of the overall business, Darren brings a wealth of IT and Business change management expertise having previously held several IT director roles at Singlepoint and Azlan Group PLC.

Andy Morris

Business Development Director

Andy is accountable for Client Satisfaction, Innovation and International Business Development. Prior to joining the Group he held several leadership roles within GE and was responsible for pan European Affinity Finance Programs. Andy's last role within GE Capital was UK Leader for the IT Financing Vertical where he developed branded affinity programs with Sun Microsystems and Apple Computers.

Marcus Golby

Operations Director

Marcus Golby is accountable for Customer Service, Client Sales and Procurement.

Prior to his current position, Marcus spent approximately 11 years with HSBC in several roles including Customer Service Director at First Direct and Customer Service and Operational Director and Deputy Chief Executive at Marks and Spencer Money giving him extensive experience within the financial services sector.

Darren Smith

Digital Services Director

In July 2011 Darren took overall responsibility for leading the Digital Services insurance business, which was acquired by Lifestyle Services Group in December 2009. Prior to Lifestyle Services Group Darren led large scale in-house and outsourced Sales Operations as Head of Retention for BSKYB.

Chris Airey

IT and Change Director

Chris is responsible for all IT and Business Change activities.

Chris joined Lifestyle Services Group following a successful career spanning over 20 years leading IT and Business Change functions in the business process outsourcing and logistics sectors.

Prior to joining the group, Chris upgraded the IT network across the Shop Direct Group, and during his time at RR Donnelly he created and delivered a European IT simplification strategy. In his current position at Lifestyle Services Group Chris will oversee the implementation of the new IT platform which will deliver significant enhancements across the business.

Nick Brown

Supply Chain Director

Nick is responsible for our Supply Chain activities.

Prior to joining Lifestyle Services Group, Nick spent three years building the envirofone.com brand as CEO of Eazyfone. Nick has held various senior management positions such as commercial Director of Ultraframe Ltd, Sales and Marketing Director of Shires Bathrooms and National Sales Manager of VELUX Roof Windows.

Tim Clancy

Finance Director

Tim is reponsible for Finance, Risk and Compliance.

Prior to joining Lifestyle Services Group, Tim spent two years at Shop Direct Group as Commercial Finance Director. After spending ten years at MyTravel plc Tim had several Finance and General Management roles including Finance Director of Airtours and Managing Director of Going Places.
