The sale of the 4U Group, Lifestyle Services Group's parent company, from Providence Equity to BC Partners has been completed following regulatory clearance.

BC Partners have recognised the potential growth opportunities across all divisions within the business and have recently met with Lifestyle Services Group's Senior Management Team to discuss and outline plans to ensure that the success we have enjoyed under our previous ownership continues.
