Lifestyle Services Group is delighted to announce that their internal employee referral initiative "Bucks for Buddies" has won "Best Internal Referral Strategy" at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2012.

The Bucks 4 Buddies scheme was viewed as an 'energetic and dynamic' campaign. With the judges being particularly impressed with the number of referrals received on the launch day. The scheme, which was launched in July 2011, has captured the attention of employees with over 40% of all new starters being employed through the scheme.

Annie Guest, HR Shared Services Manager said: "This is a fantastic achievement as we were up against tough competition. The judges commented that as well as creating a fun environment, the most innovative part of the campaign was the Bucks 4 Buddies mobile app, which allows our people to refer their friends using the app on their smart phones."
