Lifestyle Services Group has acquired Digital Services UK Limited; a specialist provider of Extended Warranty solutions for Sky satellite equipment.

The company, based in Widnes, Cheshire, provide cover for more than 100,000 households across the UK, employing over 100 people. This includes technical support staff who can provide expert assistance over the phone and an in-house team of qualified satellite engineers.

The acquisition supports Lifestyle Services Group’s strategy to introduce established products into the business. The operation will be headed up by Lifestyle Services Group's Director of Telesales, Darren Smith.
