Publication of Complaints Data
All customer complaints at Lifestyle Services Group are considered important. They provide vital information in helping us understand where we are not fulfilling our high standards and our customers’ expectations. They allow us to constantly review the way we do things, with each complaint being handled by a dedicated complaint handler.
Lifestyle Services Group currently runs 160 different Lifestyle Assistance programmes for 12 clients - managing the administration and customer service of over 10 million customer policies. This provides a view of the scale of customers we deal with on a daily basis. Complaints reportable to the FSA for the period represent 0.03% of our live policies, which we believe is a good ratio. However, we strive to improve this further.
