Success at the CCMA Awards 2011

Lifestyle Services Group is delighted to announce that Lyndsay Wilson, Learning and Development Business Partner (Client Solutions) has won the CCMA (Call Centre Management Association) Learning Champion of the Year award.

This is fantastic recognition for Lyndsay’s excellent contribution to the design and delivery of learning and development solutions for Lifestyle Services Group and our clients.

Jenni Woods – Head of Operational Support – who recommended Lyndsay for the award said: “Lyndsay is always looking at ways to add additional value to both Lifestyle Services Group and to the clients she works with. The quality of the work she produces and her innovative approach to training design have made every project she has worked on a success which is demonstrated through the excellent feedback I have received from external clients and internal customers."

The CCMA (UK) is an independent, not for profit organisation for Call Centre Managers, Supervisors and Team Managers funded by membership subscriptions.

Jenni added: “Since taking over the training team each of the individual members has developed significantly under Lyndsay's direction and coaching. The morale in the team is fantastic with everyone going over and above what is required.”
