Publication of Complaints Data
All customer complaints at Lifestyle Services Group are considered important. At the very least, complaints help us understand where we are not fulfilling our high standards within individual occasions, and help us to make necessary changes to ensure we mitigate the same experience occurring again to another customer.
Lifestyle Services Group currently run 160 different Lifestyle Assistance programmes for 12 clients - managing the administration and customer service of over 10 million customer policies. This provides a view of the scale of customers we deal with on a daily basis.
As a company that is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), Lifestyle Services Group provide information of complaints we receive on a half yearly basis.
