Lifestyle Services Group are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted in the 7th Annual North West Contact Centre Awards for our Customer Excellence training programme.
The two day training programme was designed to raise awareness of the importance of delivering ‘excellence’ to our customers. The programme has been shortlisted under the category of “Best Customer Experience Programme.”

The award ceremony will be held in Manchester in October. The awards recognise and reward contributions made by individuals and organisations as they continually strive to deliver a Best In Class offering. The awards are now firmly established as the benchmark for 'excellence' throughout the Contact Centre Sector within our region.
