Our History
Since our creation in 2005, we have enjoyed a sustained period of growth to become one of the UK’s leading providers of lifestyle assistance solutions. We now employ over 1000 employees across three sites throughout the UK. Of those employees, in excess of 650 are based within our customer services and telemarketing contact centres, specialising in delivering excellent service.
Over the past few years we have grown into by far the largest provider of mobile phone insurance in the UK.
We now have more live insurance customers than any other UK mobile phone insurance administrator, serving over 6 million customers. We were acquired by Providence Equity Partners Inc in 2006. During 2008 we relocated our head office to purpose-built premises in Crewe.
During 2009 we acquired STAMS Ltd from HBoS to further broaden our product and skill base. Now operating as Lifestyle Services Groups this site manages the Halifax Ultimate Rewards account and provided us with a 24/7 facility based in Hersham, Surrey. During 2009 we acquired Digital Services Limited which provides its customers with a satellite service warranty product. In 2011 our parent company, the 4U Group was purchased by BC Partners whose portfolio of companies includes Office Depot, Fitness First and Migros.
