Smartphones account for over half of all mobile phones owned in the UK. A major contributing factor to this shift in ownership is the ever growing popularity of mobile applications - or apps as they’re commonly known.
In response to this consumer activity, we have designed and developed apps that can act as an additional service channel for promoting products or interacting with customers.
By downloading the app or buying a handset with the app pre-installed, consumers with a smartphone are able to:
- Register for and purchase products or services
- Access documentation, such as terms and conditions
- Manage and update their policy
- Attach a proof of purchase using their phone’s camera
- Amend selected package benefits
- Receive and interact with marketing communications
