Registration Process

Contact our Customer Services team on 0845 300 3695* , ensuring that you have your mobile phone number, the 15-digit IMEI number and your NatWest Advantage Gold bank account details to hand.

Remember, you can retrieve your mobile phone’s IMEI number by entering *#06# on the phone’s keypad.

You will then be asked to do the following:

1. Enter your 8-digit NatWest Advantage Gold account number and sort code on the telephone keypad
2. Enter your date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy on your telephone keypad
3. Enter an 8-digit security number of your choice on the telephone keypad. Choose a security number that only you know and will easily remember.
4. Enter the 11-digit telephone number of the mobile phone you wish to insure
5. Enter the 15-digit IMEI number of the mobile phone you wish to insure on your telephone keypad. You can retrieve the IMEI number by keying *#06# on the phone’s keypad.

Joint Account Holder
If you have a NatWest Advantage Gold joint account, you may also insure a second mobile phone belonging to the joint account holder.

To register a second mobile phone, please call 0845 300 3695*, again ensuring that you have your mobile phone number, the 15-digit IMEI number and your Advantage Gold bank account details to hand.

You will receive a text message confirming the registration within 24 hours. Your mobile phone(s) will then be covered 21 days from the date you registered.
