If anything does happen to your phone and you wish to make a claim, you must:

  • Inform the Police within 24 hours of discovering the incident, and obtain a reference number, if your phone is lost, stolen or damaged maliciously
  • Call 07973 100 450 within 24 hours of discovering the incident so that Orange can bar your SIM card
  • Call 0845 070 5556* within 48 hours of discovering the incident to register your claim

We’ll only be able to process your claim successfully if you complete your claim form fully and send it back to us within 14 days. You must also enclose your excess payment and any supporting or requested documents with your claim form.

Once your claim has been processed, we will let you know the outcome in writing.
