Lifestyle Services Group Limited is the administrator of your Certificate of Mobile Phone Insurance policy.
You can make one successful claim.
As part of our customer service, we will contact our specialist repair centre on your behalf, and will provide you with a progress report.

A replacement handset will be sent to the delivery address you state on your claim form.
Of course we can – just enter your work address in the alternative delivery address section on the claim form.
We’ll certainly try our best but in a small number of cases, an identical handset (for example, make, model and/or colour) may be unavailable.
If this happens, a replacement handset of equal or greater specification will be sent to you (at the discretion of Lifestyle Services Group Limited).
The only reason we ask for an excess payment is to enable us to keep your annual payment as cheap as possible.
Your excess is shown on your Certificate of Pay-As-You-Go Phone Insurance.
Suitable proof of purchase must be something that shows your phone’s IMEI number and its make/model, such as a purchase receipt or a despatch note.
