Insurance. So, you can have the comfort of knowing that your registered phone(s)
and USB Modem(s), plus their accessories, are covered against the following risks,
wherever your work takes you:
- Loss
- Theft
- Accidental damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Electrical or mechanical breakdown
Please note, you will only be able to purchase 3Cover Business Insurance direct
from '3' - either in-store, over the phone, through this website or from the Direct
Business Team - within 30 days of buying your device(s). Claims for any incidents
which occur prior to purchasing the insurance will not be valid.

Need to make a claim?
Please make sure you do the following:
- If you discover your device has been lost or stolen, you must call '3' within 24
hours of discovery so that a block can be put on the SIM Card.
- Contact the Police within 24 hours of discovery to obtain a crime reference/loss
property number. You'll only need to do this if your mobile was lost, stolen or
damaged maliciously.
- Register your claim within 48 hours of discovering the incident. We'll take down
all the details and let you know what will happen next.
